Hey there, Connectors! Welcome to the weekend!
We’re a week into spring. It sure doesn’t feel like it yet! In my neck of the woods, we’re still going to have below freezing weather for the next week or so at least. I’d like to have a little warmth and sunshine and flora.
I’m not really drinking much these days, but right now there’s absolutely nothing more I want than to sit in the shade on a patio/terrasse on a warm day, in my shorts, having a cold beer. It’s time, Mother Nature. Let’s do this.

The greens were first up for me today. Thanks, high school physics! I got the yellows after that. No issues with those either.
FIGURE and ILLUSTRATION then led me toward the blues. It did take me a moment to realize that PLATE was the fourth word. And it took me a couple of minutes of staring at the remaining words to deduce the purple category.

P.S. Oh no, I’m afraid I have a new obsession. I haven’t been able to get “Bad Decisions” by RedHook out of my head all week after it popped up in my YouTube recommendations. It’s a super-catchy heavy rock tune with a bit of rap tossed in for good measure. An instant playlist addition. It made me once again want to buy an electric guitar (or bass or both), because it sounds like a fun one to play.
It’s kinda relatable too. I make bad decisions more often than I’d like, though not exactly the same ones mentioned here. I’ve listened to some of RedHook’s other music and enjoyed it so far. Right now, though, this is the one.
